Whenever I find an interesting animal skull on display in a shop or a museum, if I can document it in my sketchbook, I will. However, this one I found when I was cleaning my windows one spring. The poor little guy got stuck between the window and the screen and couldn't get out.
The original anole skull drawing is made with india ink, sable fur brushes, and a dip pen. It will always firmly live in my book, but I can share it with you now as a digitally printed reproduction from a scan. This print is not archival and measures 11" wide by 14" tall.
